ADDITIVE MB is a Polypropylene based master batch containing 50% ultra-high molecular weight silicone, designed for use in all type of PP applications.
Method of Usage:
This masterbatch is mixed with the polymer in the hopper of the extruder /injection moulding machine at the recommended LDR (0.5 – 2 %) for low coefficient of friction, high lubricity, better abrasion resistance, gloss & etc.
Range of Application:
This masterbatch is suitable for all processes of virgin & recycle PP like automotive parts, household appliances, furniture, stationary/sanitary & injection moulding application for easy mould release, antiscratch etc.
